Legal questions related to trade, investments, and environmental issues under International Law
Putu Simbolon Law Office provides legal counsel, regulatory analysis, litigation support, and specialized legal research in international economic law, trade, environmental regulation, customs, investment, competition, and complex commercial disputes.
How we work
Complex legal problems require more than procedural advice. They require rigorous analysis. We take a research-oriented approach to legal practice, particularly for matters involving multiple legal regimes, regulatory interaction, international obligations, or unsettled questions of law.
Our work draws on Indonesian civil and commercial law, international economic law, WTO law, international investment law, international environmental law, and comparative legal research, with particular attention to where domestic regulation intersects with international economic relations and environmental objectives.
